This document sets out the terms on which the users (the ” User(s)”) may use the site “Tidy Angels” (the Site).

In the event of violation of the prohibitions set forth in this article, the legal representative of Tidy Angels may take any appropriate measure or take any action it deems necessary, including but not limited to suspending and/or blocking access to the Site, without the User being able to claim any compensation or reparation.

In accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, The User is informed that Tidy Angels, as the data controller, processes your personal data.

6. Modification of the General Terms of Use

Tidy Angels reserves the right to modify at any time the terms, conditions and notices appearing in these Terms of Use.

Any User visiting the Site after the new Terms of Uses have been published and after being informed of this publication on the Site is deemed to have read and accepted them. The User is invited to regularly consult the latest version of the Terms of Use available on the Site.

 

7. Nullity

In the event of nullity of any of the stipulations of the Terms of Use, the other stipulations of the present will remain in force.

 

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site is subject to French law.

Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Nanterre.
