Like an angel sent from heaven, Lorraine changed our lives!
We would have never thought that this organising adventure would have such an important impact on our lives.
As a mother of two children, aged 5 and 16 months, and with my husband frequently away on business trips, the mess had been piling up over the years. But it wasn’t just the physical clutter; it also brought along a heavy mental burden, fatigue, and a constant feeling of never having enough time to enjoy playing with our kids due to the endless tidying up.
The embarrassment of living in a messy and disorganised apartment, to the point where we couldn’t even invite friends over, vanished after our first encounter with Lorraine. 
Lorraine was easy-going and kind, and we immediately felt at ease in her company.
Lorraine guided us through the re-organisation of our entire 85m2 apartment from top to bottom, and with much patience. She took the time to accompany us as we sorted our belongings by category of objects.
It really hit us the amount of stuff we had accumulated over time, much of which was useless, duplicates, or outdated! No wonder we had difficulty getting our home in order!
Lorraine gave us expert advice on the various storage options, taking into consideration our existing furniture. Lorraine guided us through the different storage techniques, so that we could apply them on a day-to-day basis, for example how to fold clothes vertically.
At the end of this great adventure, our apartment seemed like a new home, tidy and totally clutter-free. Everything now has its own dedicated place, and gone are the days of the piles of clutter which came tumbling down when we try to grab something.
Our lives have been radically transformed; gone are the days spending 10 minutes searching for the thermometer, the children’s swimsuit for the pool session, or searching high and low for a simple comb. 
Our family life is much more serene now, and my mental workload has greatly decreased. Through this experience, I have learned that a well-organised and tidy home also reflects a well-organised mind. I feel less tired, more productive at work as my mental workload has been significantly lightened. My 5-year-old daughter has now a tidy home, has zen parents, and now knows how to tidy and easily find her clothes and toys. 
It is 3 months since Lorraine left, and we, who have been disorganised for years, are now able to tidy up quickly and efficiently!
